About the opportunity As a Dispatch Representative S2, you will play a key role in coordinating service operations and ensuring customers receive timely and effective support.
Acting as a central point of contact between customers, Service Engineers, and internal stakeholders, you will manage scheduling activities, support parts logistics, analyze operational performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of service processes. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a customer-focused mindset to help deliver an outstanding service experience and maintain operational excellence. Contract Duration: 6 months Shift Schedule: Night Shift Your tasks include Coordinate service dispatch activities by scheduling field service visits, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring timely customer support.
Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and Service Engineers, providing proactive communication, managing expectations, and resolving service-related inquiries. Analyze operational and service data to identify trends, monitor performance metrics, and support data-driven decision-making. Manage spare parts ordering and logistics processes, ensuring timely availability of materials required for service activities.
Drive continuous process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction. Create, maintain, and improve operational procedures, work instructions, and documentation to support standardized and compliant processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support service operations and contribute to achieving operational excellence goals.
Your profile Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Experience in dispatch coordination, customer service, service operations, logistics, or a related operational environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively engage customers and technical teams.
Demonstrated analytical skills with experience interpreting data and generating actionable insights. Experience working with ERP, CRM, service management, or other operational systems is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
