Key Individual Job description:
- ✓Work as technical sales to support Thin Film business, handle technical issues or projects by coordinating cross-functions.
- ✓Maintain communication with global semiconductor equipment companies to support the promotion with their new tools and materials.
- ✓Drive the adoption of alternative container parts of thin film materials to safeguard operations against international geopolitical alignment shifts.
- ✓Coordinate and manage the whole NBDs (New Business Development) and product tuning processes for key accounts, ensure to achieve POR position and drive to upgrade existing products for customer needs with risk management sense collaborating closely with Sales.
- ✓Work with global OEM team and customer application team to solve a range of straightforward problems through technical experience.
- ✓Work closely with local R&D team and product team to drive new product development and manufacturing to satisfy our customers‘ requirement.’
- ✓Focus on improving DOEs (Design of Experiments) and analytical skills to provide good technical service to the customers.
- ✓Provide accurate monthly report and contribute to Weekly Sales & Applications Meeting.
- ✓Monitor KPI in timely manner.
Key Skills/Knowledge:
- ✓Bachelor’s degree or above majored in Chemical, Physics, Material Science, electrical etc.
- ✓3–10-year experience, Semiconductor industry experience, and hands-on thin film processes, CVD/PVD/ALD etc.
- ✓Good coaching, interpersonal, and communications skill.
- ✓Skilled at SPC (Statistical Process Control), DOEs.
- ✓Literate in common software.
- ✓Ability to work in a matrix/cross-functional setting.
- ✓Willing to travel up to 50% of time.
