The Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Student Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support a wide range of operational and financial activities that are essential to our day-to-day business. You will work closely with colleagues across Finance, Procurement, and external vendors, gaining valuable insight into financial processes and stakeholder management within an international organization.

This is an excellent opportunity for a student who enjoys working with data, optimizing processes, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders while developing practical experience alongside their studies.

As a Student Assistant, you will become part of a collaborative and supportive team where you will gain hands-on experience with financial operations, procurement processes, vendor management, and business analytics. You will have the opportunity to build practical skills, work with experienced professionals, and contribute meaningfully to the team's success while continuing your studies at our HQ office in Valby.

Key responsibilities

As our Student Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

Review and approval of vendor invoices in accordance with internal procedures

Communicate with external vendors and the Accounts Payable team regarding invoicing and payment-related matters

Coordinate with the Procurement team on Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order activities

Assist in monitoring departmental spend and help maintain department financial overviews and accruals

Maintain and update financial data to support dashboards, reporting, and data visualization

Support access management processes, including maintaining access records and tracking user permissions

Prepare, write, and distribute meeting minutes and follow up on agreed action items

Assist with a variety of ad hoc administrative, operational, and analytical tasks as needed

Requirments

You are currently in the final year of your bachelor's degree and intend to continue your studies at the Master's level. Relevant fields of study include:

Business Administration

Economics

Business Economics

Finance

Accounting

Or a similar business-related discipline

Moreover, you are someone who is

Proactive and eager to take initiative

Curious by nature and motivated to learn new systems and processes

Outgoing and comfortable communicating with colleagues across different functions

Structured, organized, and attentive to detail

Able to work independently while also enjoying being part of a collaborative team

Comfortable working with numbers and data and interested in financial and operational processes

Experience with or strong interest in AI, automation, etc. will be considered an advantage

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools is an advantage but not a requirement

Fluent in English, both written and spoken

The proposed gross annual/hourly base salary range for this position, in the primary location, based on a full time schedule is:

DKK180,00---180,00

The final salary offer will depend on several factors, including your skills, qualifications, and experience.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as discretionary bonuses and long-term incentives.
