Meet the Team
Our Materials team plays a critical role in ensuring inventory accuracy and material availability to support manufacturing operations. As a Material Handler 2, you will work closely with warehouse, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams to maintain efficient material flow, perform inventory transactions, and help ensure the right materials are available at the right time. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where teamwork, accuracy, and continuous improvement are highly valued.
Where You Come In
You will help maintain the accuracy and quality of inventory through routine inventory management activities.
You will complete data entry for cycle counts, inventory adjustments, and scrap transactions with a high degree of accuracy.
You will perform systematic research and coordinate physical investigations to identify and resolve inventory variances.
You will monitor inventory levels and product demand to help ensure adequate material availability for operations.
You will retrieve, transport, and store materials using hand trucks, forklifts, or other material handling equipment.
You will follow established safety procedures and best practices to ensure a safe working environment.
You will support warehouse and inventory control processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
You will perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business needs.
What Makes You Successful

You have strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive approach to your work.
You build positive working relationships and collaborate effectively with team members across multiple functions.
You communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
You have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
You have experience working with ERP systems, preferably Oracle, to support inventory and warehouse operations.
You are able to analyze information, identify root causes, and resolve problems independently.
You have experience operating forklifts or can successfully obtain forklift certification.
You bring a strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement in everything you do.

Experience and Education Requirements
Typically requires a minimum of 2-4 years of related experience and a High School diploma/certificate or equivalent
