Our Associate Events Manager position is a unique career opportunity that could be your next step towards an exciting future. How you’ll make an impact: Lead the planning and execution of complex international congresses and events, from pre-planning, onsite management, post-event evaluation and administration Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and key milestones. Coordinate all event logistics, including agencies, promotional materials, booth design, travel, accommodation, venues, AV, F&B, and attendee communications.

Serve as the primary liaison for internal stakeholders, senior leadership, external vendors, partners, and healthcare professionals (HCPs). Manage event administration, contracts, payment processing, budget reconciliation, Cvent, and compliance-related requirements in partnership with Legal and Compliance. Drive post-event analysis, ROI tracking, lead generation, process improvements, and competitive intelligence activities.

Provide event planning guidance and support to regional and national teams. Conduct site inspections and venue evaluations. Support additional projects and initiatives as assigned.

What you'll need (Required): Solid experience managing complex events, preferably including congresses. Fluent written and spoken English. What else we look for (Preferred): Strong project management skills, including familiarity with relevant methodologies and tools, with a detail-oriented and process-focused approach.

Experience in an international corporate environment, preferably within the medical device industry and related compliance requirements. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures, organizational levels, senior leadership, and external stakeholders. Proactive, independent, and highly dependable.
