About the opportunity Join QIAGEN's Global Operations team and play a key role in supporting our customers across Australia and New Zealand (ANZ).
As a Customer Care Representative (QPN S3), you will be responsible for managing customer orders, coordinating deliveries, handling inquiries, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience throughout the order-to-cash process. Working closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and internal stakeholders, you will help deliver operational excellence while supporting QIAGEN's mission of making improvements in life possible. The role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in customer care, order management, and supply chain processes within a global life sciences organization.
Your tasks include Process customer orders for consumables, instruments, spare parts, services, and licenses using SAP and other order management systems. Support customers and sales teams across Australia and New Zealand with inquiries related to order status, quotations, shipping schedules, and billing. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery aligned with customer requirements and operational capabilities.
Prepare accurate customer invoices and process returns, credits, and invoice corrections when required. Set up and maintain customer accounts while ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies. Log and manage customer and logistics-related complaints, driving resolution and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Inventory, and Customer Care colleagues to deliver a seamless customer experience across the ANZ region. Your profile Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 2 years of experience in customer service, order fulfillment, supply chain, logistics, or customer care environments.
Experience working with ERP systems; SAP knowledge is advantageous. Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce is an advantage. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate within international teams. Demonstrated problem-solving skills, accountability, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
