Your new role As Finance Partner you will support our Production Accounting process and serve as Partner to help connect strategic priorities, resource allocation and financial performance. You will play a key role in strengthening financial transparency and decision support related to allocations, unit cost, and raw material deviations. Working closely with stakeholders across finance, supply chain and local management, you will translate complex analysis into clear forecasts and actionable recommendations that support strategic and operational priorities.
Your responsibilities will include: Driving local allocation processes during budget rounds to correctly reflect the business operations by ensuring a high level of allocation transparency and governance. Preparing forecasted Raw Materials Deviations (RMD) budget reflecting local production variances and inventory adjustments based on expected production for each budget round. Provide monthly follow up comments on realised RMD figures comparing to budget.
Own local production accounting activities such as yearly costing of material numbers and inventory budget. Collaborate across CVP areas to implement hight standard possible and ensuring compliance with Novo Nordisk accounting manual and principles. Support local Finance Partner with OCC controlling and data tasks.
Driving strategic FP&A activities such as long-term financial planning, scenario modelling, performance management, investment planning, workforce planning and capacity forecasting. Supporting strategic initiatives, business cases and major projects with robust financial analysis, risk assessment and resource allocation perspectives. Improving finance processes, planning governance, transparency and capability building across budget owners and business stakeholders.

We are more than 30,000 colleagues across the globe with the shared responsibility of scaling molecules, processes, devices, and products, dedicated to supplying life-saving medicines to the patients who need them most. You will be part of the Business Support department at DPM Site Gentofte and a member of the Business Support Leadership Team.
In Business Support, we enable operational success through close collaboration and strong cross-functional partnerships. Our co-teams are responsible for Business Partnering, Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, Warehouse GMP Support, Procurement & Admin Support, and Operational Excellence – all working together to provide high-quality support to the site. Your skills & qualifications To succeed in this role, we expect that you: Hold a relevant Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
Bring solid experience in finance partnering, financial analysis, cost management or production accounting. Have a strong analytical mindset and the ability to turn complex data into clear, decision‑ready insights. Excel in stakeholder management and collaboration across functions and organisational levels.
Work in a structured, proactive manner with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement. Are professionally fluent in written and spoken English. On a personal level, you are a proactive and trusted partner who can translate strategic priorities into clear direction, practical standards and measurable improvements.

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 570,200 to 838,100.00 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position. The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
