Your new role As an IT Professional in Digital Development, you will help drive the IT systems and digital solutions that enable Chemistry, Manufacturing & Control (CMC) and Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) development. Working closely with scientists, laboratory technicians, vendors, and IT stakeholders, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of compliant and reliable systems supporting research, process development, data management, and laboratory operations.
In this role, you will: Contribute to the operation and maintenance of laboratory IT systems/solutions and automation platforms Collaborate with colleagues, vendors, and stakeholders to support delivery and integration of solutions Assist in implementing cybersecurity, standardization, and governance requirements Support lifecycle management activities, including patching, backups, system monitoring, and documentation Participate in troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain stable and efficient system performance Support implementation, qualification, and validation activities in compliance with GMP and quality requirements You will also help prepare documentation, contribute to the development of procedures and operational practices as systems transition from project into operations, support training of systems. Your new department You will join Digital Development, a team dedicated to enabling digitalisation across CMC Drug Development. We work closely with process development and IT stakeholders to ensure that laboratory systems are reliable, compliant, and fit for purpose.
As part of the team, you will collaborate with skilled IT, digital, and software professionals, contribute to digital transformation initiatives, and gain hands-on experience in a highly specialised pharmaceutical development environment. Your skills and qualifications We imagine that you are curious, structured, and motivated by solving technical challenges in collaboration with others. You may already have experience from a regulated environment, or you are eager to learn how IT systems support pharmaceutical development.
You also bring: A Master's degree in engineering, IT, computer science or equivalent Experience with IT technologies such as MS operating systems incl. Active Directory An interest in IT systems, automation platforms and computerized laboratory equipment, preferably within a regulated industry Basic understanding of GMP, validation, qualification, or regulated environments is an advantage Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, patch management, backup, and recovery solutions You are a strong collaborator and clear communicator, and you enjoy working across teams to find good solutions together. On a personal level, you are structured, curious, and proactive.

You are detail-oriented and quality-conscious, and you are able to explain technical information in a clear and accessible way to colleagues and stakeholders. Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from DKK 570.200 to DKK 838.100, corresponding to the level of the position. The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience. Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short‑term and/or long‑term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
