Job Title Sales Specialist Location(s) China Field Job Description Key Responsibilities Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth in the Henan territory.
Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers. Promote analytical instrumentation solutions to customers in pharmaceutical, environmental, food, academic, government, and industrial sectors. Manage the full sales cycle, including customer visits, opportunity identification, quotations, negotiations, tenders, and contract execution.
Work closely with application and service teams to support customer projects and ensure customer satisfaction. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and provide regular business updates. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, Instrumentation, or a related field.
3+ years of sales experience in analytical instruments, laboratory equipment, or scientific products. Knowledge of analytical technologies such as ICPMS, or related instrumentation is preferred. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage customer relationships.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel extensively within Henan Province. Preferred Existing customer network in universities, research institutes, testing laboratories, pharma companies, or government agencies in Henan.
Experience with capital equipment sales and tender processes.
