Job Description – HR Generalist / HR Business Partner
Experience: 7–10 years

Reporting To: Managing Director
Role Purpose
We are looking for a hands-on HR Generalist cum HR Business Partner to independently manage the end-to-end HR agenda.
Key Responsibilities
HR Business Partnering
- ✓Act as the primary HR partner and trusted advisor to the leadership team.
- ✓Understand business priorities and translate them into relevant people actions.
- ✓Partner with managers on employee engagement, performance, development, retention and employee relations.
- ✓Proactively identify people-related risks and highlight them to leadership along with recommendations.
- ✓Provide insights on workforce trends, employee concerns and organisational effectiveness.
- ✓Support the leadership team in making informed people-related decisions.
HR Generalist Responsibilities
- ✓Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to separation.
- ✓Partner with managers on performance and employee relations matters.
- ✓Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, processes and initiatives.
- ✓Address employee queries promptly and drive appropriate resolution.
- ✓Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with HR policies and applicable statutory requirements.
Business, Finance & Administration Support
- ✓Coordinate with Finance, Administration, IT and other support functions to resolve business requirements.
- ✓Ensure timely escalation and resolution of cross-functional issues.
- ✓Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the business unit.
- ✓Prepare HR insights, reports and presentations for leadership discussions.
- ✓Support implementation of key business and people initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- ✓Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related discipline.
- ✓MBA/PG in HR preferred.
- ✓7–10 years of relevant HR experience, with strong HR Generalist and HRBP exposure.
- ✓Experience in an IT/technology, professional services or similar environment preferred.
- ✓Strong analytical, reporting and MS Office/Excel skills.
