Join us, grow with us, and together, let's shape the future of biological discovery. ‎ About the opportunity As a Senior Tender & Contract Specialist / Coordinator for the Italian market, you will act as a key subject matter expert responsible for managing and coordinating tender and contract activities throughout the entire life-cycle.

From identifying opportunities and assessing tender requirements to coordinating submissions and supporting contract finalisation, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and business success. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will provide expertise on complex matters, drive process improvements, and help ensure high-quality and timely execution of tender and contract activities across the market. Your tasks include Monitor and assess tender opportunities and public procurement portals relevant to the Italian market, identifying business opportunities and potential risks.

Analyse tender and contractual documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and public procurement regulations. Coordinate the preparation, review, and submission of tender responses, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and on-time delivery. Act as a key point of contact and subject matter expert for complex tender and contract-related topics, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders.

Coordinate tender and contract activities across the team, supporting prioritisation, knowledge sharing, and consistent execution of processes. Manage tender and contract documentation throughout the life-cycle, including agreements, amendments, supporting documents, and system records. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process optimisation opportunities, promoting best practices, and supporting operational excellence.

This role does not include people management. Your profile Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. Fluent Italian and very good English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing and submitting tenders within the Italian market. Strong knowledge of Italian public procurement regulations, tender processes, and contractual requirements. Experience in biotechnology, life sciences, diagnostics, healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries is highly desirable.

Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and navigate complex business environments. Strong analytical, organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills, combined with a proactive and continuous improvement mindset.
