Position Summary
We are looking for a candidate to join our team as a Consumable Operator on a fixed-term contract.
The Consumable Operator will participate to the daily manufacturing activities required to achieve production targets, ensuring the planning of production, as well as maintaining a high level of productivity and quality. Work with customs agents, warehouse staff, quality team.
Duties
- ✓Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed, and new idea proposed;
- ✓Acting to be compliant with all the health and safety company procedures
- ✓Observing process, procedures and policies in order to achieve company goals
- ✓Following written instruction of the letter
- ✓Routinely conducting machines and or manually operations to achieve the expected production.
- ✓Be responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of equipment
- ✓Maintaining data logs which include time, weights, temperatures, pressure, all legibly and timely
- ✓Obverse the bulk production processes and assure on time bulk manufacturing and with good quality
- ✓Manage the warehouse dedicated to the raw materials approved by quality control;
- ✓Continuous improvement approach
Education Degree
- ✓High School Diploma or GED
Required Experience
- ✓Moderate level of knowledge of handling, and safety characteristics of routinely used raw materials and finished goods.
- ✓Understanding of Production Planning and Execution
- ✓Understanding of Chemistry production
- ✓Chemical handling experience preferred related manufacturing experience.
- ✓Computer proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel) required and e-mail communication.
- ✓Kitting manufacturing expirience
- ✓Ability to work with others in a respectful manner and as a member of the team
- ✓Working with the team to achieve all goals set forth in the department
- ✓Knowledge of production, processes and activities
Compensation
