Position: Major Tasks A Senior AI Engineer is a leader in AI development, responsible for managing projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Individuals in this role will have extensive experience in designing and delivering AI solutions that drive business value.AI Solution Development•Lead the design and development of advanced machine learning models and algorithms.•Optimize AI models for performance and scalability based on project requirements.•Data Managementand Preprocessing•Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to build effective AI models.•Ensure high data quality and integrity through rigorous validation processes.•Model Training and Evaluation•Train, test, and validate AI models to ensure accuracy and reliability. •Perform comprehensive model evaluation and tuning to enhance performance metrics.•Integration and Deployment••Integrate AI models into existing systems and applications effectively.•Oversee the deployment of AI solutions into production environments and monitor their performance.••Collaboration and Communication•Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.•Communicate complex AI concepts and results effectively to non-technical stakeholders. •Research and Innovation•Stay updated with the latest AI trends, technologies, and best practices.•Conduct research to explore innovative AI methodologies and applications.•Documentation and Reporting•Document AI models, processes, and workflows comprehensively. •Prepare detailed reports and presentations on AI project status, results, and impacts.key working relations: Product ManagersData ScientistsData ArchitectsData EngineersData StewardsEnterprise ArchitectsSoftware EngineersMOps EngineersRelevant business leaders and stakeholdersQualifications & competencies & skills: Required: •Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence or a related field or Bachelor’s with minimum 5 years experience.•Proven experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role.•Experience in developing and deploying machine learning models and AI systems.•Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.•Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). •Experience with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and other AI techniques.•Familiarity with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)•Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with complex datasets. •Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on developing innovative AI solutions.•Excellent verbal and written communication skills. •Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. •Strong organizationalskills and the ability to manage multiple AI projects simultaneously.•Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (Azure DevOps, Scrum).•Preferred:•Relevant certifications in AI, machine learning, or data science (e.g., TensorFlow Developer Certificate, AWS Certified Machine Learning or AI Practitioner, Azure AI Engineer)team m
