The Role
As Genmab continues to expand its commercial portfolio and build its end-to-end commercialization capabilities, we are strengthening our Commercial Supply Chain organization in Copenhagen. We are looking for an Artwork Specialist to support artwork activities for our growing portfolio of commercial products. This is a hands-on role in an organization where our commercial artwork capabilities and ways of working continue to develop.
You will manage artwork activities across global markets while helping us further establish clear, scalable, and compliant processes. You will bring experience from a regulated artwork environment and use that knowledge to help shape practical ways of working as Genmab's commercial organization grows.
Artwork requires close coordination across Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, affiliates, external manufacturing partners, and artwork vendors. You will therefore need to be comfortable navigating different perspectives, finding your way in an evolving environment, and building strong relationships across organizational and geographical boundaries.
Success in this role requires someone who takes initiative, enjoys rolling up their sleeves, and is comfortable working in an environment where not everything has been fully established yet. You combine attention to detail and a strong compliance mindset with pragmatism, curiosity, and the confidence to bring people together and move activities forward.
The Artwork Specialist will join the Commercial Supply Chain department within Technical Operations and will be based in Copenhagen.
Responsibilities
Manage artwork activities for commercial products across the US, EU, and other global markets, from initiation through review, approval, implementation, and closure.
Ensure artwork is developed and maintained in accordance with regulatory requirements, GxP standards, internal procedures, technical specifications, and agreed timelines.
Coordinate artwork changes across Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, affiliates, CMOs, artwork vendors, printers, and other partners.
Manage artwork-related Change Requests and ensure changes are appropriately assessed, documented, approved, and implemented.
Develop and maintain artwork timelines in alignment with regulatory submissions, product launches, market expansions, and commercial supply requirements.
Apply artwork knowledge and regulatory requirements to resolve operational issues and keep activities moving across stakeholders.
Contribute to improving artwork processes, systems, documentation, governance, and ways of working as the organization continues to mature.
Maintain GxP compliance and support deviations, root cause investigations, CAPAs, audits, and inspections relevant to artwork activities.
Act as a knowledgeable point of contact for artwork-related questions from internal stakeholders, affiliates, and external partners.
Build effective relationships across functions and external partners, bringing structure and clarity to artwork activities where responsibilities or processes are still developing.
Provide guidance to stakeholders on artwork processes, systems, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant scientific, technical, supply chain, business, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
6+ years of relevant experience within pharmaceutical artwork, packaging artwork, labeling, or a closely related area in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
Working knowledge of artwork management in a regulated commercial environment, including relevant GxP requirements, regulatory standards, change control, and documentation practices.
Hands-on experience managing artwork activities across preparation, review, approval, implementation, and change management.
Experience coordinating activities with stakeholders such as Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, affiliates, CMOs, artwork vendors, or other external partners.
Ability to independently manage priorities, solve artwork-related problems, and deliver across multiple activities or projects within strict timelines.
Experience contributing to process improvements or establishing new ways of working in an evolving environment.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to raise concerns, constructively challenge where needed, and build alignment across different functions.
A proactive and pragmatic mindset, with the willingness to work hands-on while also identifying opportunities to improve how work gets done.
Experience with artwork management systems, Veeva Vault, and/or SAP is an advantage.
Strong communication skills in English, Genmab's primary language.
The proposed gross annual/hourly base salary range for this position, in the primary location, based on a full time schedule is:
DKK584.000,00---876.000,00
The final salary offer will depend on several factors, including your skills, qualifications, and experience.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as discretionary bonuses and long-term incentives.
