We are looking for an experienced Stability Scientist to join our Product Science organization in Uppsala. In this role, you will contribute to the stability programmes that support Galderma's injectable portfolio, spanning both marketed products and products in development. Your work will play an important role in determining shelf life, storage conditions and transport requirements, helping to ensure our products continue to meet quality and regulatory expectations throughout their lifecycle.

Join our team You will join a small Stability team with broad responsibilities and close collaboration across the Uppsala site. Together, the team supports all injectable products developed and manufactured in Uppsala, covering both pharmaceutical products and medical devices. The team works closely together and supports one another when priorities shift.

Your mission As a Stability Scientist, you will provide scientific expertise within stability and support development projects, lifecycle management activities, regulatory submissions and quality investigations. You will design, manage, evaluate and report stability studies while partnering with colleagues across R&D, Quality, Regulatory Affairs and Operations.

You will take ownership of studies from planning through interpretation and reporting, using sound scientific judgement to translate data into clear recommendations and business decisions. What You'll Do Design, plan, execute and document stability studies for development and commercial products. Author study protocols, stability reports, scientific assessments and stability statements.

Analyse and interpret stability and analytical data to support shelf-life assignment and product lifecycle decisions. Manage stability studies in LIMS and ensure documentation is accurate, complete and compliant. Support regulatory submissions and responses to health authority questions related to stability.

Contribute to deviation investigations, root cause analyses and CAPA activities. Provide stability expertise to cross-functional project teams. Assess temperature excursions, transport deviations and their potential impact on product quality.

Stay informed of regulatory developments and industry best practices within stability testing. Drive continuous improvements in ways of working, quality systems and stability processes. Collaborate with external partners and internal stakeholders across multiple functions.

Your profile You bring solid industry experience and a strong understanding of stability testing within a regulated environment. You are comfortable working independently, making scientific assessments and driving activities forward while collaborating effectively with colleagues from different disciplines. As a person, you are analytical, pragmatic and curious.

You build trust through clear communication, take responsibility for your work and enjoy contributing to a team where knowledge sharing and collaboration are valued. Required Qualifications Bachelor's, Master's or equivalent degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biomedicine, Biology, Life Sciences or a related scientific field. Solid experience from the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or medical device industry.

Hands-on experience designing, managing and evaluating stability studies. Good understanding of GxP requirements, pharmaceutical development and relevant regulatory expectations. Experience writing scientific reports, technical documentation and supporting regulatory documentation.

Ability to interpret complex scientific data and translate findings into clear conclusions and recommendations. Professional proficiency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken. Location and other This position is located in Uppsala, Sweden.
