Your new role As our new Associate Consumer Marketing Manager , you will play a crucial and hands-on role in bringing consumer engagement to life — from campaign development, coordination and influencer activations to performance tracking and continuous optimization. You will work at the intersection of creativity and execution, helping Novo Nordisk Denmark connect meaningfully with people living with obesity through compelling content and partnerships.
Your key responsibilities will include: Supporting the planning, coordination and execution of consumer campaigns, partnerships and engagement initiatives across relevant channels Briefing and coordinating agencies, influencers and creators, and following up on agreed deliverables to ensure compliant and effective execution Managing internal and external stakeholders, contracts, campaign assets, approvals, vendors and deliverables to keep activities running smoothly Maintaining project plans and timelines, tracking actions and following up on dependencies to ensure on-time, compliant delivery Taking ownership of smaller activation projects and defined workstreams from planning through delivery — identifying risks, resolving practical issues and escalating when needed Supporting performance tracking and reporting against agreed objectives and KPIs, and translating learnings into recommendations for continuous optimization Your new department Novo Nordisk’s Danish affiliate is based in Ørestaden, Copenhagen, where you will be part of our Commercial Obesity & Consumer Marketing department. You will join a team of very dedicated and passionate colleagues. The department’s main responsibility is to create and execute the commercial obesity strategy and deliver it via all relevant channels.
You will work closely with cross-functional colleagues in marketing, medical, legal, regulatory and communications — as well as external agencies and creator partners — to deliver campaigns that create real awareness, engagement and value. Your skills & qualifications We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, creative environment and brings both structure and spark to everything they do.
You'll bring with you: A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Project Management or a related field 2–3 years of experience within consumer marketing, brand marketing, digital marketing, project management or agency account management Experience from an FMCG company in a consumer-facing category such as food, beverages, cosmetics or personal care — or from a marketing/advertising agency working with FMCG clients Hands-on experience planning, coordinating and executing influencer marketing and creator collaborations Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken, is required A creative, proactive and ownership-oriented mindset, with strong project coordination skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders Working at Novo Nordisk Every day we seek the solutions that defeat serious chronic diseases. Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 570,180.00 to 838,130.00 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position. The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
