Implement MuleSoft best practices for API design, security, exception handling, performance optimization, logging, monitoring, and operational support. Support CI/CD and deployment activities for MuleSoft applications using source control and deployment tools, ensuring proper versioning and release governance. Perform unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and support end-to-end testing for MuleSoft interfaces across lower and Production environments.

Troubleshoot data transformation issues, mapping defects, payload discrepancies, connectivity failures, authentication issues, and performance bottlenecks across integration flows. Ensure applications and integrations comply with GxP standards, including traceability, test evidence, documentation, change control, and version control. Work with Jira, Confluence, and Agile delivery tools to track requirements, defects, user stories, technical tasks, deployments, and support activities.

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and iterative delivery activities. Communicate technical designs, interface flows, system dependencies, and troubleshooting findings clearly to technical teams, business stakeholders, and support partners. Identify opportunities to improve integration stability, reduce manual support effort, improve monitoring, and enhance operational reliability.
