About this role
As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting production by accurately picking, preparing, and assembling orders for dispatch and delivery. You will ensure all processes meet quality and regulatory standards, maintain safe manual handling practices, and contribute to a smooth daily workflow as part of a team.
Your responsibilities will include
- ✓Receive and receipt customer orders using wireless scanners and SAP, maintaining accurate inventory and stock records.
- ✓Assemble procedure packs in strict compliance with regulatory and production guidelines.
- ✓Identify, report, and investigate inbound and outbound stock discrepancies.
- ✓Maintain clean and safe work environment, upholding safety and hygiene standards.
- ✓Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and meet daily production targets.
- ✓Support general warehouse duties, including data entry and record keeping.
About You
- ✓Previous warehouse experience with exposure to production and regulatory processes.
- ✓Physically fit and able to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- ✓Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
- ✓Positive “can-do” attitude with willingness to learn and grow.
- ✓Follows procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards.
- ✓Comfortable using technology, including RF scanners and SAP (experience desirable).
- ✓Good communication; ability to work with others and autonomously
- ✓Flexible and able to manage workloads under tight schedules.
- ✓Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- ✓Approachable, and resilient personality; able to work with all team members.
