About this role

As a LeanIX Analyst, you will manage and continuously improve LeanIX as the Enterprise Architecture repository and system of record for IT landscape transparency. You will ensure architecture data is accurate, complete, and ready to support informed decisions. Working with Enterprise Architects, Domain Architects, Application Owners, and business stakeholders, you will provide architecture insights, strengthen governance processes, and advance Application Portfolio Management and technology lifecycle transparency.

Your responsibilities: Configure and continuously improve the LeanIX meta model, Fact Sheets, relationships, reports, and dashboards. Maintain current-state and target-state architecture information to provide a reliable view of the IT landscape. Improve architecture data quality, define relevant KPIs, and initiate remediation actions where data gaps are identified.

Coordinate data collection and validation with Application Owners and IT stakeholders to strengthen LeanIX governance processes. Conduct Application Portfolio Management activities, including T.I.M.E. assessments and application rationalization initiatives. Analyze application portfolios and recommend consolidation, modernization, and optimization opportunities to Enterprise Architects.

Support technology lifecycle management and technology risk assessments to improve transparency across the architecture landscape. Develop reports, dashboards, and management presentations for Architecture Review Boards, governance committees, and senior management. Guide and train new users while monitoring repository adoption to increase the effective use of LeanIX.

Your qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related discipline. Professional experience in Enterprise Architecture, Application Portfolio Management, IT governance, or configuration management. Experience working in large and complex IT environments.

Understanding of Enterprise Architecture concepts, frameworks, and architecture governance processes. Familiarity with business, application, data, technology, and integration architecture domains. Understanding of LeanIX Application Portfolio Management capabilities and technology lifecycle management.
