We are seeking a Senior Payroll Service Delivery Analyst to join our Global Capability Center (GCC). In this role, you will support the accurate, timely, and compliant delivery of payroll services across multiple international locations while partnering with Global Payroll, HR, Finance, and external payroll providers.

You will contribute to payroll operational excellence through data accuracy, process compliance, team member collaboration, and continuous improvement initiatives while developing expertise in global payroll service delivery within a dynamic and growing organization. When & Where Hyderabad (Hybrid) Discover your role Support the preparation and processing of payroll activities for assigned international countries, ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery. Validate payroll inputs, perform audit checks, reconciliations, and data reviews to maintain payroll accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.

Partner with Global Payroll, Human Resources, Finance teams, and external payroll vendors to ensure timely submission of payroll data and resolution of payroll-related inquiries. Maintain payroll calendars, operational checklists, process documentation, and standard operating procedures to support payroll governance and service delivery. Monitor statutory and regulatory changes impacting payroll operations and support implementation of required updates and compliance activities.

Prepare payroll reports, support month-end activities, and assist with payroll-related analysis and reconciliations. Participate in payroll system enhancements, testing activities, process improvement initiatives, and GCC standardization efforts. Support internal and external audit activities by providing documentation, responding to inquiries, and ensuring adherence to internal controls.

Contribute to operational excellence initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve payroll processes, efficiencies, and employee experience. Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, compliance, and data security while handling employee and payroll information. This role requires Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.

5+ years of experience in payroll, HR operations, accounting, shared services, or related operational functions. Understanding of payroll processes, payroll compliance requirements, controls, and operational standard methodologies. Experience working with HRIS and payroll systems such as Workday, SAP, ADP, Oracle, or similar platforms.

Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, reconciliations, and validation activities. Demonstrated attention to detail with the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to identify discrepancies and support issue resolution.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional collaborators, external vendors, and global teams. Effective communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and service excellence.

Experience supporting audits, compliance activities, and process improvement initiatives within a shared services environment preferred. Exposure to multi-country payroll operations and global business services environments preferred. Multilingual capabilities or experience working across diverse cultural environments preferred.
