Your role
As Regional Sales Head Europe & USA, you will shape the commercial success of the region and help accelerate growth in the semiconductor industry. You will define and execute a clear regional go-to-market and sales strategy that wins new business and increases revenue. You will build, scale, and lead a high-performing sales organization by hiring, mentoring, and coaching regional account managers.
With your leadership, the team will pursue ambitious targets while developing strong, lasting customer relationships. You will cultivate strategic partnerships with global key accounts and identify opportunities to drive further growth. You will manage complex sales cycles and oversee contract management from negotiation through execution.
By tracking sales metrics and forecasting performance, you will turn data into decisive commercial action. You will report regional results and insights to executive leadership with clarity and confidence. Working closely with Marketing, Product Management, Customer Application, and Customer Fulfilment teams, you will align priorities and shared KPIs to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Who you are
- ✓You have at least five years of sales experience in the semiconductor industry, ideally in a field such as lithography.
- ✓You have at least two years of experience leading and managing a sales team.
- ✓You have a strong track record of achieving revenue targets and winning new business.
- ✓You are experienced in managing complex, long-cycle sales processes and strategic customer relationships.
- ✓You bring strong leadership, coaching, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- ✓You are confident using sales data, metrics, and forecasts to guide decisions and communicate performance.
- ✓You collaborate effectively across Marketing, Product Management, Customer Application, and Customer Fulfilment teams.
- ✓You are fluent in written and spoken English and German.
