Role reports to: Sr Manager Supply Chain Leader Location: North America, United States, New Jersey, Summit Work Location: Hybrid What you will do The Sr Analyst, Supply Chain Analytics & Product Readiness partners with Incubator Operations and cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision making, process simplification, launch readiness, and supply chain transformation. This role combines advanced analytics, digital product development, and project portfolio management to improve operational performance, accelerate commercialization, and ensure successful execution of product changes and launches across the end-to-end supply chain. Key Responsibilities Partner with the Incubator Operations team to identify, define, and implement analytics solutions that drive process improvements, automation, and simplification across the end-to-end supply chain.
Lead the design, development, and deployment of analytics and digital solutions that improve decision making, customer service, operational efficiency, and cost performance. Translate business requirements into scalable reporting, analytics, automation, and visualization solutions, including Power BI dashboards and self-service reporting tools. Leverage data to identify insights, opportunities, risks, and performance trends that support strategic and operational objectives.
Communicate complex data and business insights through clear storytelling, visualization, and actionable recommendations. Stay current with emerging analytics, AI, and digital technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and business value creation. Influence stakeholders across functions and support change management activities to drive adoption of new processes, tools, and capabilities.
GCC/APR Portfolio & Product Readiness Management Manage a portfolio of active GCC and APR projects across NeoStrata and Exuviance, maintaining visibility to project scope, SKU impact, stage-gate status, deliverables, ownership, and launch readiness timelines. Drive SKU readiness activities related to phase-ins, formula and specification changes, artwork updates, labeling modifications, ingredient changes, and market-specific product launches. Coordinate and track cross-functional deliverables, including: QA statements and approvals, APR approvals, PRM, Epicor, and SAP master data setup, Finished goods and distribution center specifications, Packaging testing and validation, Manufacturing process specifications (MPS), NAFTA confirmations, Toxicology and medical safety assessments, Claims substantiation and summaries.
Identify, assess, and escalate launch risks that may impact product availability, including supplier constraints, delayed specifications, inventory concerns, line trial readiness, and other project execution challenges. Partner with stakeholders to route GCCs through governance processes, support progression into Implementation and Follow-Up phases, and ensure milestone readiness before production and launch. Lead recurring governance forums by facilitating meetings, documenting decisions, tracking actions, monitoring aging GCC metrics, and driving accountability to commitments.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, readiness dashboards, issue logs, and status reporting to provide transparency on deliverables, risks, decisions, and tradeoffs. What we are looking for Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. 4-6+ years of experience in business analytics, supply chain planning, project management, supply chain operations, or a related discipline.
Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across multiple functions and organizational levels. Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and analytics solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and KNIME for data analysis, automation, and workflow optimization.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, SAP, and project management tools. Experience translating business challenges into scalable analytics, reporting, automation, or technology solutions. Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and commercialization workflows.
Ability to manage portfolio trackers, readiness dashboards, meeting documentation, action logs, and risk management processes while maintaining visibility and accountability. Desired Qualifications Strong project management capabilities, including milestone management, action tracking, risk mitigation, stakeholder alignment, and executive status reporting. Familiarity with product lifecycle activities involving formulations, specifications, artwork, labeling, claims management, and master data governance.
Experience with systems such as PRM, Epicor, Kinaxis, Planisware, ETQ, or comparable enterprise platforms. Knowledge of GCC/APR governance, change control processes, commercialization programs, launch readiness, and stage-gate methodologies. Experience supporting product launches within beauty, skin health, self-care, consumer health, or related industries.
What’s in it for you Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges: $90,100.00 - $127,200.00 This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
