We have an exciting opportunity for a Procore Administrator! The Role The Procore Administrator plays a vital role throughout the life of construction projects from startup to close out.
This role works in conjunction with facilities, operations, and other key members to ensure projects have the most up to date documents, changes, and information. The Procure Administrator ensures the project is completed in a timely manner, with efficiency, and to FUJIFILM Electronic Materials (FFEM) standards. Maintain required project documentation. Provide ongoing Procore training for all staff at regular intervals. Be considered the Procore subject matter expert for Fujifilm Electronic Materials Manage and develop KPI monitoring, data analysis and reporting.
Conduct occasional field checks as required REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree in construction management or related field of study Previous experience with the administration and management of Procore software. Minimum of 3 years professional relevant experience Proficient in Office 365 Construction experience is a plus Rigorous, organized, and reliable Previous Procore training experience is a plus Experience with technical documentation a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks Problem-solving skills with a keen eye for details Exceptional time-management and organizational skills Strong verbal as well as written communication skills Ability to work well with others at all levels of the organization This is a safety-sensitive position that requires candidates to successfully pass a post-offer drug screening prior to employment. One of the essential job functions is the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
