Your new role As Finance Partner you will support the management team with a wide range of tasks such as: Oversee financial performance and deliver business insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders in Novo Nordisk Facilitate and safeguard a smooth budgeting process and reporting environment within your area of responsibility In collaboration with your colleagues you will drive strategic financial discussions, combine supply and demand data to generate insights into sales developments, challenge business cases, prepare budget material and deliver solid financial reports supporting Novo Nordisk internal and external reporting You will become a trusted finance partner to senior stakeholders and utilise your finance expertise to impact their financial decisions. Your new department Sales Analysis and Insights is part of Group Finance, situated within Business Finance, and responsible for the financial management of our topline.

In Sales Analysis and Insights, you will be part of a young, dynamic and international finance team consisting of 5 dedicated team players. Based on our finance partnering mind-set, the overall aim is to deliver business insights regarding sales and commercial investments to our stakeholders during financial planning processes, internal and external management reporting, and through forward looking sales forecasting, by combining strong financial competencies with solid business understanding. Further, the team is driving supply/demand decision-making across the company.

Your skills & qualifications We're looking for someone at the start of their career, whether you're a recent graduate or have a few years of experience, that fulfil the following prerequisites: You have completed a relevant master’s degree in finance or economics with excellent results You have some experience driving financial analysis, budget processes and reporting You are an advanced user in Microsoft Office and proficient in working with financial systems You are fluent in written and spoken English Preferably you have some experience in a similar position As a person you come with an attitude and way of working that can drive financial processes forward. You have excellent analytical skills, sound stakeholder management skills, a customer mindset as well as the ability to communicate complex insights in an effective way to senior management.
