Global Manufacturing & Supply Gentofte, Denmark (office based) Step into a pivotal leadership role where you'll guide a process support team from project phase to full-scale production ensuring life-saving haemophilia treatments reach the patients who need them. Your new role As Senior Manager Process Support in filling, you will lead a professional, knowledge-driven team that supports aseptic production across our haemophilia filling lines in Gentofte. This is a role where strong people leadership meets technical expertise — and where your ability to navigate complexity will directly shape our operational readiness and production excellence.
Your key responsibilities will include: Leading and developing a team of supporters, ensuring delivery of departmental objectives across safety, quality, delivery, people and cost Translating departmental plans into clear operational goals and priorities, and delivering results with significant impact through highly complex assignments Driving compliant, stable and continuously improving operations by combining people leadership, professional expertise and cross-functional collaboration Identifying, defining and developing sustainable solutions to issues and problems that are not immediately evident in existing systems or processes Owning the process support for our new haemophilia filling line — leading the team from project phase to production by ensuring full operational readiness Overseeing review processes and co-responsibility for the release process across existing and future haemophilia filling lines Your new department In Global Manufacturing & Supply, we cover the full value chain from drug and device development to marketed Novo Nordisk products. We are more than 30,000 colleagues across the globe with the shared responsibility of scaling molecules, processes, devices, and products, dedicated to supplying life-saving medicines to the patients who need them most. You will join DPM GE Haemophilia Filling L1/L5, a department of approximately 110 colleagues dedicated to the aseptic filling of haemophilia products.
The team is in an exciting phase — balancing the optimisation of established production lines with the introduction of a new filling line — making this a unique opportunity to shape operations from the ground up while sustaining excellence in an established environment. Your skills & qualifications We're looking for a leader who thrives at the intersection of people development and technical rigour, and who is energised by the challenge of building something new while keeping existing operations running at the highest standard. You'll bring with you: A relevant academic degree within engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, biotechnology, production, business or another relevant discipline Proven leadership experience (minimum 3 years) from pharmaceutical production — experience with aseptic filling processes is a distinct advantage A strong understanding of cGMP, quality systems, operational excellence and systematic problem solving, combined with demonstrated ability to translate strategic plans into operational goals and deliver results through complex assignments Excellent coaching, development and motivational skills, with experience leading professional and knowledge-driven employees Strong analytical judgement and the ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity, paired with a proactive, improvement-oriented mindset Excellent collaboration, communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in Danish and a good command of English Working at Novo Nordisk Every day we seek the solutions that defeat serious chronic diseases.

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 742,600.00 to 1,091,600.00 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position. The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
