- ✓Achieve financial targets set for the assigned industrial customers in assigned territory.
- ✓Develop Merck’s brand awareness and reputation in these end user market by deep collaboration with the assigned accounts with focus on new opportunities development and workflows.
- ✓Build strong collaboration with internal other sales team, Marketing, commercial excellence, and ecommerce team etc to drive sales revenue.
- ✓Provide accurate sales forecasts by monthly and quarterly
- ✓Regularly report the updates of customers, opportunities as well as market dynamics to line manager.
